Little Purple Flower

Just a little purple flower I shot while on a BAPC field trip to the San Jacinto Battleground last year.

I must admit on shots like this one, I cheat. I cut away the blades of grass around the base of my subject so that the subject will be more prominent. I like the color combinations and how simple the subject is.
