This fellow is fishing at a small wildlife refuge outside of Liberty Texas. I'm not sure of the park's name, I just stumbled upon one day while I was about half lost. As you can see below, the water level was quite low. Under normal conditions the spot this gentlemen is fishing would probably be under about 3-5 feet of water.

I like the way the two photos work together to tell the story. I guess no matter what level the water falls or rises to, the fishermen will still find the shore!
