Taken this past weekend at the Baytown Nature Center, this Osprey posed for quite a while allowing plenty time for the photo op. My lens combo for this one was my Bigma 50-500 with a 1.4 tele-converter for a 35MM equivalent focal length of 1400MM.

Good capture. I like the way he is turned and his eye lit up. I have never been out there so I will have to make time.
Nice sharp shot Larry. Good detail in the wing feathers too.
