I've processed this image in the spirit of some of the over-the-top machinery images that I've seen posted on Topaz Lab's Facebook page @ http://www.facebook.com/topazlabs. Many of the images I like however are processed using Topaz Clean which I do not currently own. I do think this one gets close to replicating the look.

Interesting! I think one needs to click through to the larger image in order to really appreciate this one.
I know this was mainly a post-processing experiment but I really like the composition on this shot, namely the POV and that you have some folks on deck to provide a sense of scale.

Just found this link thru the Google post you made to Chris referencing Links.
I like this Battleship shot a lot and from what I read one day this will be one for the History books if they dry dock it !
