Two folks from the "Last Chance Forever: Birds of Prey Conservancy" group attended this years San Jacinto Day Festival. They brought along this Bald Eagle as well as a falcon [of some sort- sorry!], both of which were big hits.
Not sure I would stick around too long with this guy looking at me this way. I really like the contrast between your two characters--one intently looking at you like you are lunch and the other not even noticing you. Great job capturing the moment.
I work in the industrial distribution sector as a salesman for a master distributor of valves and fittings in Houston, TX. I am a member of the Bay Area Photo Club which meets at the Art Alliance Center at Clear Lake in Clear Lake Texas on Tuesday nights. I shoot with an Olympus E-3 and my favorite lens in my Zuiko 12-60.

Nice capture Larry!
The eagle is looking at you like you're holding a fresh salmon instead of a camera! :-)
Cheers!

Nice job getting him to lean into the shot a little and tilt his head, while keeping his eyes forward. How did you get him to do that?
Nice contrast of emotions.
