EXXON BAYTOWN FIRE

I took this photo of a fire burning at Exxon in Baytown this evening.  I pulled off on the side of the Rollingbrook Drive overpass, with about 10 other cars, long enough to snap 3 shots before an amplified voice out of a police cruiser respectfully asked us to move on!

LEFTOVERS

This shot was taken at "Leftovers" antiques in Brenham, Texas this past Saturday morning.

CONSPIRACY THEORY

I don't think Osama is dead at all, I think he and Elvis are busy planning another fake moon landing!

George R. Brown

A shot of the GRB taken from Discovery Green Park this past weekend.

What?

My wife spotted this lizard soaking up some sun at Thompson & Hanson Nursery in Downtown Houston this past weekend.

Mighty Mushroom Macro

Mushroom shot from Discovery Green on Saturday morning.

I entered this scene in the Bay Area Photo Club Honors Night Program under the assignment topic of "Silence." The judges awarded it with a Gold award and enough points to make it the high scoring photo of the night in the category.
