ANIKA SWINGING

I took this photo of my niece this morning at my sister's house with my 50-500mm Sigma lens mounted on my Olympus E-3.  The shot was handheld with available light.

Nice capture. I would add a stop of exposure and pull the highlights created by that back down, and also set a black point.

Hand-holding that lens at 1/60th would make it tough to get it sharp. It looks like her top is actually in focus and motion stopped, but her face is soft. I'm thinking maybe its her movement that caused it; with the shutter speed too low to freeze it.

Again, good job capturing her joy while at play.
