Really sharp macro, even the bee is in focus. I do wish the light was a little more even on the flower, and the diagonal branches are a little distracting, but I like your composition with the inclusion of the bud on the right, and how you even caught part of the front edge of the bee's wings! If you hand-held this you did really well.
Also from last years trip to Big Bend this cactus flower macro was taken on near the top of the national park's "Lost Mine Trail."
