I spotted this gentleman at Discovery Green Park in downtown Houston yesterday evening. He had apparently stopped for a breather and a smoke [I know that's somewhat of an oxymoron] after taking his balloons out for a walk!

Speeking of explosions...if you get a lit cigarette too close to a helium balloon with it explode and crash and burn like the Hindenburg? :-)
