We camped out under the stars, for the first and last time, about 50 feet from this scene on what later became known as "bug beach."

This shot of our raft leaving Lee's Ferry Arizona at the start of our trip proves that we did have at least one full day on the Colorado before rains in the area turned it to the color of chocolate milk!

Just returned from an eight day rafting trip down the Colorado River covering all 277 miles contained in the Grand Canyon National Park.  This photo was taken at one of the side hikes to Stone Creek Falls.
