Hugo Point Tower

This tower would have been part of a loch on the embattled Wallisville surface water project at Hugo Point in Chambers County, TX.

    Cool shot! I see a "What is this thing?" body of work developing! :-)

    I like the composition of this shot a lot. The warmer tones of the grass in the foreground work well to contrast the bleak looking background.
