Great shot. This is all about textures for me --- the different shapes of the leaves in the grasses and bushes, the smooth water and sky. I like the way you have framed the image and I like your depth of field too...or did the fog blur everything farther away? It works. Again, the whole image seems a tad too dark to me, you might try a levels or curves layer with the midtones brightened just a bit.
Another shot from a foggy Baytown Nature Center this past weekend. Converted to B&W using a conversion layer in PS3 and the "infrared" preset.
