I like the DOF a lot but it would have been better IMO if the focus were on the pepper rather than on the right hand. Do you use center point focusing to select the focal point? Or one of the multiple auto focus point settings? I'm thinking you use the latter which can cause a "miss" like this. Although I've been known to "miss" with center point focus as well. :-)
