Good shot. I do wish that I could better understand what was causing the three ripples in front of the bird. But, then again, all the real birders out there probably know, and I am just showing my ignorance.
Good placement of the bird. Does a skimmer have any red color on it head or neck? I wish the water had a little more color. Steve says that these birds are hard to shot, so you did a good job.
