I really like the composition and the dramatic sky. I don't know if you included application of a Curves adjustment in your workflow but it looks to be like it might benefit from a slight contrast pop (minor S-curve adjustment). Cool shot as is though!
The sky is perfect, but I agree with Barry a little mid-tone contrast on the church and maybe a little more sharpening of the church would really make it come forward in the image.
